ABCC Juice

When it comes to healthy juicing the simple rule is this; lots of veggies, minimal fruit plus a herb or spice for extra love.

This delicious veggie based juice is packed with vitamin A, vitamin C and antioxidants yet low in fructose due to the high vegetable to low fruit ratio.

Enjoy anytime of the day.

 

Ingredients (organic where possible)

1/2 green apple

1 raw beetroot

4 large celery stalks plus leaves 

2 carrots

1/2 lemon

1cm piece of fresh ginger 

Wash all ingredients really well then simply feed feed through a juicer.

Pour fresh juice over ice and enjoy!
