Apple Cider Vinaigrette

The miracle condiment vinegar has been used as both food and medicine for more than 10,000 years. I’m sure you have heard of the many health benefits that apple cider vinegar has to offer, if not here are just 5 of my favorites plus a zesty vinaigrette to give your salads & greens a nutritional boost.
 
Ingredients
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. seeded Dijon mustard
1 small clove of crushed garlic
¼ tbsp. curry powder
½ cup fresh chives, finely chopped
Juice of half a small lemon
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
 
Directions
Add all ingredients, except oil to a jar and shake well to combine, add the oil now and shake again.
Viola! 
Keeps well in the fridge for a week.
