Mango Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect post training option providing antioxidants, carbohydrates for energy and protein for optimal recovery. This smoothie is a delicious, quick and healthy option for those on the run. 

Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
1 cup frozen mango pieces
½ banana
1 tbsp. liquid coconut oil or coconut cream
250ml coconut water (or almond milk)

Method
Simply place all ingredients into a blender, blend until all ingredients are liquefied and serve in a tall glass.
