Antioxidant Breakfast Bowl

Nourishing your body has never been easier. This paleo friendly, antioxidant packed breakfast tastes so delicious it could easily pass as a healthy dessert. This would have to be one of my favourite spring or summer breakfast options.

Ingredients (serves 2)

1/2 cup  organic blueberries

1 cup mulberries (or blackberries)

1 pomegranate (deseeded) 

100g natural coconut yogurt

2 tbsp. Kapai Puku naked blend seed mix

Instructions 

In a medium sized mixing bowl place blueberries, mulberries and pomegranate seeds, gentle toss berries.

Evenly divide the mixed berries into 2 small serving bowls, top each bowl with 50g coconut yogurt and 1 tbsp. mixed Kapai Puku seeds.

Enjoy!
