Goji Breakfast Smoothie

Superfoods such as goji berries, coconut, honey and chia seeds provide many vital nutrients for optimum health. This delicious superfood recipe blends all these superfoods together for a quick and simple grab and go super breakfast smoothie.
 
Ingredients (serves 1)
330ml coconut water
20-40g low carb vanilla protein powder 
3-4 large strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp. goji berries
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. coconut cream
Sprinkle of cinnamon
 
Instructions
Soak goji berries in coconut water over night, this will enable to goji berries to soften for easy blending
Pour coconut water with gojis into blender
Add protein powder, strawberries, chia seeds, coconut cream and cinnamon
Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
Tip: on a hot summers day add 3-4 cubes of ice to the ingredients and blend well
