Goji Breakfast Smoothie

Super foods are the talk of the nutrition world, and with good reason. Goji berries, coconut, honey and chia seeds all provide many vital nutrients for optimum health. Adding super foods to your daily diet does not have to be difficult. Take your standard breakfast ingredients like strawberries, yogurt and oat bran and add a few super foods like coconut water, goji berries and organic honey, blend and hey presto you have a super food breakfast ready in 5 minutes!
Ingredients (serves 1)
330ml coconut water
20-40g low carb vanilla protein powder 
3-4 large strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp. goji berries
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. coconut cream
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Soak goji berries in coconut water over night, this will enable to goji berries to soften for easy blending
Pour coconut water with gojis into blender
Add protein powder, strawberries, chia seeds, coconut cream and cinnamon
Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
Tip: on a hot summers day add 3-4 cubes of ice to the ingredients and blend well
