Banana and Berry Porridge

This winter must not only ticks all the boxes nutritionally, it tastes amazing. Porridge does not have to be boring, with a little love and a few extra ingredients oats can become more like a dessert than a breakfast.
Ingredients: serves 1
1/3 to 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup water
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 banana (sliced)
1 tbsp. mixed pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and sesame seeds 
1 - 2 tbsp vanillia protein powder
Cinnamon spice
3 tbsp. coconut yogurt (or 100g natural yogurt)
Place oats, berries, banana and water into a saucepan
Bring to boil, stir, add protein, stir well then simmer for a further 5 minutes stirring occasionally
Remove from heat and serve topped with seeds, cinnamon and yogurt
For a gluten-free option, use rolled rice or quinoa flakes
