Teresa's Berry Smoothie

Quick, easy and providing the perfect ratio of protein and carbs, this smoothie is the perfect post training breakfast or exhausted late night option.
Ingredients (serves 1)
30g vanilla low carb protein powder 
(Bare Blends recommened)
1/2 cup blueberries (or any other berry you like)
1/2 banana 
1 tbsp. almond/ peanut butter
250ml almond milk or milk of your choice
1/2 cup ice
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Place all ingredients into a blender
Bend for 1 minute or until a creamy consistency
Serve in a tall glass
Tip: post exercise or for a heavier breakfast add 1/3 to 1/2 cup rolled oats and blend
